Plan the session, and your phone sends it straight to the monitor. Then just row. Every stroke is saved, every personal best is marked — and next time, you'll know if you got faster.
01 — PLAN
Repeats, targets, rests — or let ErgIntz surprise you with a session you haven't done before. Targets come from your own 5 km, so it's always the right effort for you.
02 — ROW
One tap sends it to the PM5. The erg counts you down and times your rests, while your phone shows what matters: pace, watts, rate, and how far ahead of target you are.
03 — BEAT IT
Do the same session again and see it rep by rep against your best. Try to find the sections of the workout where you can improve most.
Progress you can see
One good session feels great. The same session, month after month, with the line going the right way — that's what keeps you coming back. ErgIntz marks every personal best the moment you set it, and keeps it until you beat it.
4 × 500 m · nine attempts
Every session
Every rep against your best, how the whole piece compared, the numbers you actually care about, and a mark when it was a best. And underneath, the whole thing stroke by stroke — pace, watts, rate, heart rate.
Head to head
Pick any two attempts at the same piece and watch them side by side. Drag along the graph to see exactly where you pulled ahead — or where you faded. Heart rate too, if you wear a strap.
Switching?
Already on the Concept2 Logbook? Your workouts and results come straight across, so your historical results follow you and you can compare against old data. Two separate things, both optional: your ErgIntz account backs everything up, and connecting the Logbook afterwards sends every new session back there — and on to Garmin and Strava.
Which ergs
ErgIntz talks to the PM5 monitor, so it works across the whole Concept2 range — SkiErg, RowErg and BikeErg. Same app, same workouts, whichever machine you're on today. Your 5 km benchmark is kept separately for each, so targets are right on all of them.
